Sometimes regenerating responses could work to make it go away, sometimes not. How I approach it currently is to have Claude summarize/wrap up the chat soon after it happens. 2_Yellow banners This is also still a thing. It seems like prompts in Claude Cowork and Claude Code might also trigger it, but I am not certain. I’ve found they touch on the user prompts, not the AI responses, though u/Shayla4Ever pointed out that the Constitutional Classifiers paper explained how the classifiers would look at both. It’s possible that the actual mechanism implementation is just faulty (and I think it is, for it has tripped many false positives.)
